We saw Tokyo Cream on Yelp and also our friends had been here before and said they liked it. Hip, edgy, and creative. It's mostly black and white colors in their store but a section for an IG photo op. A couple of kiosks and the cashier to order from. They had one restroom. The service was nice and friendly. She was able to give us samples of the Hokkaido Milk and the Black Sesame Swirl. Both were delicious. The Hokkaido Milk has a coconutty taste to it. Tokyo Banana Cream: Hokkaido Milk Soft serve, Banana Cream, Sponge Cake, Banana Slices and Chocolate syrup. My Thai: Thai Tea, Non-Dairy Creamer, Condensed Milk, Crema, and Boba.

We were around the area and felt like having some dessert so we stopped by Tokyo Cream. First impression inside was that the honeycomb lights were BRIGHT and they were also HOT. Like it made the place hot. not sure if the AC wasn't working correctly when we stopped by, but lol it was a bit toasty in there. The store was quite full but no lines at the counter so that was great as we were able to order right away. Ordered the black sesame swirl with the Hokkaido milk ice cream, served on a charcoal cone. The ice cream was very good. Not too sweet and the black sesame definitely added depth to the flavor. I would love to get it again whenever I'm around the area. Price is pretty standard. Price for one cone is $5.90, with tax comes out to 6.45. Quite expensive if you think about it for an ice cream swirl but hey, inflation is affecting everyone. Overall, solid place and I would 100% return to try out the other flavors that they have (all Hokkaido milk base but different topping options I

Never knew this existed in Roseville until now. The interior is pretty chromatic, mainly black/white with slight gold details. It's a pretty modern vibe. Items: So Matcha, Honey 3, and Boba Sundae (no boba) All items came out super fast and not overly sweet. I would say it is at a medium sweetness level. The matcha flavor isn't too strong. So if you are afraid of it being too bold, you should give it a try. The Honey is my personal favorite. The ice cream itself is rich and the honey flavor somehow makes it taste light. I can taste all flavors individually. The Boba one is the sweetest due to the brown sugar, but it is still good. My recommended flavor: Honey hands down

Small place, I love me some soft serve. Tried the Hokkaido cone, black sesame, matcha and the Croquant Choux. Hokkaido was great, the black sesame tasted unique but wouldn't get it again, matcha was good but a little light. The choix was yummy but not worth the price. Would go back to try other items.
